"Trevenzoli Pool Services changed two drains in our pool, installed new tiles in the pool and spa, built a sun shelf, and provided the diamond brite. The company did a decent job on the pool-my main complaint with the job was that they work a little sloppy (leaving out supplies, tracking in mud, not closing door, etc). After the pool was completed, of course we paid him in full. Thats where things changed...we found that there was some construction glue on some new tiles and after numerous phone calls/messages/emails to the owner, Gabriel, he finally answered me by text message only to answer my question as to whether I could scrap on new tiles. A few more weeks went by and we noticed our pool was leaking somewhere. We contacted Gabriele by phone, text, email, and after SEVERAL DAYS AND SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, he finally responded by text only (again). He sent someone to look at the leak, and he did find a leak. We were told the main drain pipe was leaking, below the main drain cap, which they did replace. They told me they capped the main drain and not to use it. I asked him who will fix the leak and he said it wasn't their responsibility-all they did was replace the main drain cap. So our pool never leaked before it was remodeled, and once they remodeled it and changed the drain, it leaked and they won't fix it. Now I have to seek legal action because we do not have a five year warranty. I wanted to share my experience with this pool company. The owner is nice while you owe him money but once he messes up your pool, he wont fix it."

"I hired Family Pool 360 at the end of May to clean pool that I had been taking care of on my own. The pool was clear, salt and chemicals were balanced when I hired them. Pool did have a few algae spots on grout. While I was out of town they allowed algae to take over pool. I communicated with them via text on July 6th and informed them pool was green and algae was everywhere. Pool was to be serviced every Friday. He replied that they will be there tomorrow and would let me know what if anything was wrong after visit.I specifically asked him to check salt cell and let me know if it had gone bad. Never heard from them. So I assumed everything was ok. I was once again informed by family member that the pool was green on July 22 and immediately reached out. Was once again told they would check everything and let me know asap. Once again no reply at all. Returned home on July 28th to a pool completely cloudy and full of algae. I immediately check salt cell reading and could clearly see it had gone bad and was not generating chlorine. As I went to grab my pool brush and pole I found that my pole and brush were not there and in their place was a bent pole and broken brush on the ground. I texted him the following: “So just got home. I found that my pool brush and pole have been removed and an all bent up pole and broken brush left in its place. SMH” His reply: “I don't understand what you mean and if you are accusing us of something I assume you have evidence that” Only time they contacted me was for payment and payment reminder. Never heard from them once with pool concerns. Wasted $370 and had to spend money to clear pool and replace brush and pole. Horrible pool service company."
