"I hired this company to put in a generator after seeing their commercials on TV, and seeing all the high reviews online. I can say that my experience has been horrible. First off, the permitting process took months, just to get the approval to install the generator. After the install, city permitting workers came out countless times sighting issues that needed to be resolved that seemingly didn’t get resolved because they’d get flagged again for the same issues. The biggest being they installed the generator too close to the natural gas line, which caused them to move the generator over about 18 inches and needing to install a giant junction box on the outside wall of my house. Not a great look. During the install and clearing permits, it’s almost impossible to get ahold of anyone to get a status update. I’d call and leave messages, email – repeatedly – before I’d finally get someone to reply. Fast forward a year, I discovered they installed one of the junction boxes incorrectly to my pool heater, causing it to fill up with water… so another repair. Now after the first year they hit you with a $600 per year contract to continue to monitor the generator for issues. Even after I signed it, I still get an email asking me to sign up every couple of weeks.. I’ve responded a dozen times telling them I’ve signed up for the monitoring program and to stop emailing me. Now the icing on the cake. I’m paying $600 a year for them to 'monitor' for problems. Today we lost power and the generator didn’t turn on. Looked at my mobile app, and it shows the cell signal used to monitor the generator isn’t working. I open the generator and the control panel that runs the entire system is blank and not working. Obviously a major problem… and isn’t that why I’m paying $600 a year for Reliable to monitor for problems and fix them before they cause an issue? This monitoring program is a scam. If they were actually monitoring the system they would've seen that my generator didn't exercise on Monday as scheduled, and that I've been offline over a week! Calling to ask that question just got me on the line with some low level customer service person, who can’t do anything but set an appointment a week from now. If you’re going to install a generator, look elsewhere."

"I've been a customer for 4 years now. Since moving to Boca 8 years ago, this is my third AC company. The first two, I had constant issues with. And then I found Island Air 4 years ago. Since then, I wouldnt change a thing. Island Air has been awesome. They are extremely professional, responsive, always on-time, etc. My first experience with them was buying a brand new unit. Since then, it has been regular servicing every 6 months. Today is the first time I have had a "warranty" issue. Island Air replaced the capacitor no problem, for no charge since Im still under warranty. They did it with a smile on their face and didnt give me a hassle at all. "I hired Hawaiian Tropic Pools, Inc. (HTP) and Doug was terrific. My pool looks like a new install. Doug worked his magic replacing the piping and valves at the pump/filter first so we could get the water back to blue and clean before working on the pool. (No sense refinishing a pool if you can't keep the water in good shape.) Then he drained the pool and began removing tile and finish. They located several leaks from tree roots and fixed those so that the roots could not continue to drill into and drain the pool. Next was the tile work. What an improvement!! Doug also replaced the eroded two piece sill between the spa and the pool (waterfall). Then the new finish was applied and the pool was filled. Doug used a "tank filter" to remove minerals and impurities from the water while refiling the pool. Excellent. There are some scale depositing minerals in our utility supplied water. Because of our busy schedules, we also had HTP come every couple days to brush down the pool surface while it continued to cure. We also had new underwater lights installed (pool and spa). We opted for programmable LED lights so we get an attractive light show at night. From start to finish, Doug was/is very professional. He will not install substandard equipment. The valves, lights, tile, pipes all are top quality. Our pool is 22 years old and now looks 20 days old. I am VERY VERY please with the outcome."

"My experience with Petri Pest Control was nothing short of a nightmare. The product they used was completely ineffective—not only did it fail to address the bug issue, but When I tried to cancel their service (a total of 13 times), I was ignored repeatedly. Despite my best efforts to communicate and resolve the situation, they turned around and sent me to collections without any explanation or consideration. This company doesn't care about its customers; they just want to lock you into a useless service and make money off of you. I strongly advise against using Petri Pest Control. They’re unprofessional, unresponsive, and their treatment doesn’t work"
