"We purchased a home with a pool in May 2021, the pool was installed by original owner in 2014 and at time of purchase we were told the pool had had no issues whatsoever. Being that the pool was almost 8 years old we knew we were going to have some upcoming expenses. Edgar was the person we turned to and as being new pool owners he took the time to explain what each part did and if it needed to be replaced he explained thoroughly why and was available ALWAYS to answer any of our questions. We have replaced actuators, lites, pool pumps, pool heater, spa jets…you name it our older pool needed it and Edgar was on it. He was on site within hours with every issue we had and was replacing parts either the same day or the next for sure. He even caught some major issues with our tiling on our spa due his years of experience and Extensive knowledge on pools and pointed out we had a potential problem on our hands. Since we fully trusted Edgar and he had never led us astray, we decided to have all the tiling removed on the spa which also required new pebbletec replacement on the entire pool…a very expensive and messy undertaking. But as always Edgar was correct and not only had the wrong tile been used which was shedding glass, we had mold and several soft spots in the pool that would have originally caused a leak. Edgar is the only one we would trust with our pool! He personally comes out to speak with us and explain issues as well as stops in when his crew is doing the work. I wish I had the trust with all of my contractors the way I do with Edgar and his company but at least with our pool…we have peace of mind that Edgar is our guy!! Thanks Edgar…you are priceless and we appreciate all your hard work!!"

There was no need to apologize but I appreciated that he was considerate of my time. He was here for three house and worked tirelessly to locate our leak. He kept me posted and answered all of my questions. My husband came home for lunch and walked through any questions my husband had. D.J. was very professional with a focus on customer service.
