Very good. Our system is old and there were 8 leaks. After they left, there was another leak and they came out within a couple of hours after our call and fixed that leak for free.

System worked for 18 months and stopped working. We only had the 30 gallon back up working for hot water. I called in the morning, and they sent a tech out that day. I was at work, so my 20 year old son allowed them access. They called me at work after the visit (not during) and advised me of a leak that burned out a pump that circulates the water through the panel on the roof. THEN he tells me it was $175 for the visit, and to fix it I would have to pay an additional $300 for the pump PLUS additional labor to comeback with the part. So when I asked first why I was being charged to come out when I was not told there was a fee I was told, "I forgot to tell you. I was busy when you called in this morning." When I asked what happened to this warranty that was promised during the hour long sales pitch I was told, "It is not a full warranty on the system. I don't know what the sales guy told you but that is not what we do. We rely on the warranties on the parts we install from the manufacturer. We piece together a system, so different parts have different warranties. The plumbing we do only has 12 months warranty." As a temporary fix, they left a pump behind to have working unit because they didn't have a replacement of the one I had go bad. Great way to charge extra for another trip. I expressed I was not paying for a visit I was not told there would be a charge for. I was under the impression this was a warranty call. After some attitude I was told he was sending the tech back to remove the temporary fix (different kind of pump). I later returned home to find wires hanging. I researched the problem, found the manufacturer of the direct drive pump, and fixed the system myself for $157 dollars . It took me less than 5 minutes to install the part (4 screws and 2 wires). After speaking to the manufacturer of the pump, I was told it was the most expensive system he has ever heard of installed. That is my fault for not researching it more. So the estimate of almost $600 cost me $157 to fix myself!! ABUNDANTLY USELESS ENERGY!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! This company hides behind solar energy benefits and alternative power for those that want to have clean energy to OVERCHARGE, and not stand behind their work.

The quality of work and price was good. They always come when they're supposed to.

Bill at Abundant Energy was great to deal with and helped explain everything and also make some recommendations for saving on energy costs. He was a pleasure to deal with. After signing up he arranged for the financing with a provider and in less than a week everything was installed and working quickly. His team was friendly and worked fast. Best of all I will save about a $100 /mo on my electric bill and only pay $44 /mo for the system and pool pump. No brainer and good for the environment as well.

The installation took place in three days. All work was professionally executed. The job went off without a hitch and we are now producing 95% of our monthly electricity with solar power. Bill and his team are the 'go to' guys !!!

Installed 6, 4x12 solar panels using heavy duty alligator clips and hurricane rated straps. Thermomatic control system. Noise dampening wall mounts for all plumbing runs. Automatic system drain down. Heavy duty thermal pool blanket. Install was on the date promised and completed in one day. Installers were very professional and obviously experienced. _x000D_|System was installed in February. I had no expectation the system would bring the pool temp up to where I like to swim (87) at that time of the season. On top of that, we experienced a cold snap that lasted a good full month. We were in the pool in April, a first, and didn't stop using it until the second week in November, again another first. I think the system has performed very well. I did have one issue. I had to replace my pool pump. My pool tech said the pump was under powered for the added work to push the water thru the new system. It was a 3/4 hp motor which he replaced with a 1 1/2 hp motor. The added volume made us aware of a faulty valve which he replaced at a cost of $30.00. No big deal but the valve had only lasted nine months. I didn't call Abundant to see if they would have done it since my tech was on already here and had the guts for the valve on his truck. _x000D_|We used the pool just shy of 8 months this year where in the past seven years we would have used it 2 to 3 months the entire year. The heater has exceeded all of my expectations. I don't think Abundant is the least expensive company out there. But, they were on time, performed a quality install and the system has performed just as they said it would. I would do it again.

They showed up on time and did a wonderful job. Most of the job was done in one day and a little bit of finishing up the next day. They were very professional, polite and very good at what they do. They really were wonderful. Needless to say my water is hotter than it was with the 55 gallon tank we had. As for pool heat, guess we will see in the cooler months. Can't wait. Again we highly recommend this company.

We are very pleased with our new solar heating panels for our pool in Jupiter, FL. Great company to work with from beginning to end. The salesman was extremely informative and professional as he provided us with many options that met our needs. The installers did a great job and were very efficient and very professional. We were very impressed with their attention to detail and follow through on doing such a good. We highly recommend this company for solar panels.

I am submitting this report on a company that I have done business with on and off for 15 years. My reason for submitting this report is that my experiences with this company have been excellent. Personnel there are responsive and proactive, even to the point of notifying me and advising me how to avoid damage to the panels in bad weather. I feel like I have a partnership with them. A company with integrity and professionalism deserves a recommendation, and I am happy to recommend Abundant Energy.
