There was no need to apologize but I appreciated that he was considerate of my time. He was here for three house and worked tirelessly to locate our leak. He kept me posted and answered all of my questions. My husband came home for lunch and walked through any questions my husband had. D.J. was very professional with a focus on customer service. "I would like to give a shout out to Masterpiece pools. My husband and I got numerous bids for our pool and enclosure. With each bid came an estimated time frame. Masterpiece was not our cheapest bid. But they also were not our highest bid. I will say they were a good middle ground price. They gave a quicker time frame and not for 1 moment have we been dissatisfied with the service and work we have received. We are currently waiting for pool school and it is all completed. We had a few add ons and Bill was on top of who to have for each item. And each of the contractors referred also did great work and were easy to work with. We are extremely satisfied with the work quality the timeliness and the communication throughout and that it all went even better than expected. I would give them a 5/5 rating and refer them to anyone."
