"I called to set up a time for American Leak Detection to come out and they were able to come out the next day. I was told 11-1, which I assumed that J.D. would be here sometime in that range. When he realized at 10:15 he wasn't going to be at my house until 11:45 he called to let me know his estimated arrival time and apologized. There was no need to apologize but I appreciated that he was considerate of my time. He was here for three house and worked tirelessly to locate our leak. He kept me posted and answered all of my questions. My husband came home for lunch and walked through any questions my husband had. D.J. was very professional with a focus on customer service.
