"This is two reviews in one: In March 2020 I was new to the Sarasota area, looking for someone to remodel my master and guest bathrooms. I was referred to Jeff and Sarasota's Best Construction & Flooring LLC. The job was done to all my specifications, high quality workmanship, professional, and quickly executed. In September of 2023 it was time to remodel my kitchen, there was no doubt that I would contact Jeff and Sarasota’s Best Construction & Flooring LLC to do this job as well. I could not be happier with the work that was done to my kitchen, the quality of work is exceptional, the professionalism at which Jeff and the company demonstrates adds to the overall quality of the work. "I cannot stress enough how pleased I am at the job Julio did. The project was a set of glass interior doors that needed to have the holes for the door knob and hinges drilled and routed. One frame was an existing bi-fold door and had to be set up for a standard door. This was not an easy install and a number of other handymen on the top of Angies list admitted they could not handle the job and others gave me the feeling that they were accepting to do something they were not experienced in. Being that they are expensive doors I kept looking until I spoke with Julio and was satisfied with his confidence to be able to do the job. He came in and did the job perfectly! He was very pleasant and very meticulous. When he was done I asked him about a screen repair on the top of my lanai. The screen pulled out and needed the spline refitted. This would have cost a lot to have a screen guy come out just for that job and Julio took care of it for me at a fraction of the cost. If you are reading my review then you are looking for a handyman....trust me and give him a call,,,you will never use anyone else again!"

"Excellent Crown Molding Installation. I hired Don to put up crown molding in our newly constructed townhome in Lutz. He did an excellent job and it looks great. There are a few difficult areas and angles, which he handled perfectly. Don was very punctual and responsive. He didn't make a mess and cleaned up after himself. The cost was very reasonable, particularly for the quality. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to hire again. Angi should provide the ability to rate vendors on whether or not they respond, whether they provide a quote when requested, etc. This is a huge problem area for Angi. Don did exactly what he said he was going to do exactly when he said he was going to do it."

Within a week he sent an estimate. The estimate wasn't the least or most expensive. I hired them and made my expectations very clear. The workers were very patient and were able to answer all my questions. It was a great process, even though we made a change towards the end of the project. They handled the changes well and did not get frustrated. The project exceeded everybody's expectations. This is a building with about 130 people and everyone is so very impressed."
