They effortlessly adjusted to the setbacks caused by construction delays, etc. Every appointment was kept and arrival prompt. They provided several recommend layouts, and never flinched through the many what if's, could this scenarios. Even when changes were later rescinded, updated designs were provided quickly. Bottom line, they made you feel they were just as invested in the project as we were.
