"Fred LaMarre may be the best finish carpenter that I've ever used, and his crew is equally meticulous and exacting. I had spent nearly four hundred dollars on having some ostentatious, oversized corner blocks custom fashioned from northern California. Although I was hell-bent on using them, Fred gently talked me off of the ledge by convincing me that they were simply too ornate for the style of our home-- which tuned out to be an excellent call. We had nearly 500 linear feet of M45 five-and-a-quarter inch crown; Fred cut and coped it with absolute precision, after which his team caulked & painted it without issue (including the "great room" with its sixteen-foot ceilings.) I would recommend Ri-Tan, without reservation, to anyone desiring high-quality finish carpentry."

Unfortunately, due to problems with excess moisture the floors buckled in one area of the dining room. When we bought our house, it was purchased â as isâ meaning the builder and contractors had no obligation to come back and fix any issues. Our builder connected us with Eddie, the owner of TPA Hardwood. Not only did Eddie agree to repair the buckled flooring, but he also sanded down and refinished all of the flooring in the main area of our home. This was a 5 day job that required new flooring, and at least 40 hours of labor. Eddie not only covered the cost of the material, but also covered the labor. I offered to cover the cost of material and he wouldnâ t allow it.
