Interior Trim was his specialty for many years until the remodeling sector demanded more work and highly qualified people. Michael does Interior Trim installation, Crown Moulding Installation, Custom Cabinetry and Cabinet Repairs, Interior Doors and Exterior Doors(removal and Replacement and/or Repairs).Soffit and Fascia repairs, Drywall Patching with Texture, Engineered Flooring Installation as well as Engineered L.V.P. Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings Installation
Our project was to install a wood ceiling in our lanai. Mike did an outstanding job! Professional, efficient, and site cleaned up after each day. Completed job in estimated time frame and the work was done to perfection. He worked on my project for a solid week, arrived early morning and worked past 5, and it was hot each day. Just a really great guy!!!

I'm writing this review for prospective customers who need to know where they can find a very skilled professional who adds sincerity and meaning to the phrase "He takes pride in his work". Mr. Parnell was hired as a "Trim Specialist " and he can provide the before and after images along with my 5 Star recommendation to prove it. Mr. Parnell has ALL the necessary tools available to transform your space into a CLEAN work zone. His mission is to replicate your vision: custom or otherwise stated. After your vision is accomplished, he'll be happy to give you a "high 4" on account of his missing finger from a work related accident. That's obviously not a hindrance for him and he's a great sport about it. Competency, reliability and professionalism are welcoming qualities, so you may consider it done with Mr. Parnell. A Handyman Extraordinare, emphasis on Extraordinare!!!

I hate to call Mike a handyman as his skill with carpentry was amazing. He installed wainscoting in my downstairs and repaired sliding louvred doors against patio doors. He was exacting with measurements and managed to avoid the many electrical outlets. His prices are more than fair for the quality of work he performs. I also enjoyed his outgoing personality. After talking with him, he mentioned many other jobs he also does. If I could, I would give him 10 stars.

It was a pleasure working with Michael! He was a little more expensive than my old handyman however, I am very grateful I called him. He is very knowledgeable in many areas! He repaired my roof leaks this morning, caulked my countertops, repaired my door and changed a light switch even. My kitchen cabinets are being upgraded and repaired. There was much water damage from various causes. Here are some before pics and some 'working on the cabinets' pics. I hired a handyman, Michael Parnell, (270 720-5008) here in Spring Hill, FL for the repairs. He is almost done and his work is better than when the cabinets were new. When he left for the night the area was spotless. I didn't have to do a thing to clean up. He was very clean, honest, and his workmanship was the best. When he was completely finished my cabinets were in better shape than when we bought the house. If you need a handyman from our area please call Michael Parnell.
