I had spent nearly four hundred dollars on having some ostentatious, oversized corner blocks custom fashioned from northern California. Although I was hell-bent on using them, Fred gently talked me off of the ledge by convincing me that they were simply too ornate for the style of our home-- which tuned out to be an excellent call. We had nearly 500 linear feet of M45 five-and-a-quarter inch crown; Fred cut and coped it with absolute precision, after which his team caulked & painted it without issue (including the "great room" with its sixteen-foot ceilings.) I would recommend Ri-Tan, without reservation, to anyone desiring high-quality finish carpentry."

"I hired Mikalai to replace a patio screen door that was damaged from hurricane Milton. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and professional. He purchased the door for me, retrofitted the frame, and replaced all the door hardware. I showed him another interior bifold closet door that I wanted to get fixed at a future date and he went so far as to repair it and did not charge me for it. He cleaned up when he was done. When I told him that we could not row away the damaged patio door in the compactor because I would get fined, he offered to dispose it for only $20. He provided an invoice that did not include any surprise charges. I am very happy with my repair and have already talked with him about doing a future painting project for my condo. The pictures include 2 ?before? and the ?after? which is the pretty white door that looks new lol."

"Highly recommend this company. Our house was built in 2020 and the hardwoods were installed by TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems during the build. Unfortunately, due to problems with excess moisture the floors buckled in one area of the dining room. When we bought our house, it was purchased â as isâ meaning the builder and contractors had no obligation to come back and fix any issues. Our builder connected us with Eddie, the owner of TPA Hardwood. Not only did Eddie agree to repair the buckled flooring, but he also sanded down and refinished all of the flooring in the main area of our home. This was a 5 day job that required new flooring, and at least 40 hours of labor. Eddie not only covered the cost of the material, but also covered the labor. I offered to cover the cost of material and he wouldnâ t allow it. They have completed the repair and refinishing of our floors (5 full days of work with multiple guys) and the house looks brand new again. Companies like this are incredibly hard to come by.
