Rich and his team completed our whole house renovation amidst a pandemic (and while we were living out of state)--a big, challenging task, to say the least--and what they delivered was nothing short of amazing. The quality of TML's work was excellent, especially the custom build-ins and beams that have enriched the look of our home. Rich kept the project moving in a timely fashion (remarkable), communicated clearly and effectively, and managed many moving parts with professionalism and ease. We feel very fortunate to have worked with TML. Rich and his team transformed our house into a beautiful, comfortable space that we are proud to call home. Rich is simply the best.

Rich and his crew were amazing!! The work was professional, they were efficient and worked well with our needs. Rich listened to what we wanted and exceeded our expectations. Our kitchen is a room of warmth and is inviting to all who visit!!

Rich helped us completely transform our home into a place that we love. Before we were fully relocated from out of state Rich started out our multiphase project and replaced all of our floors within a week before we arrived. He also painted the entire house, replaced moldings, renovated two bathrooms, installed a barn door, and completed a few additional projects. Throughout the entire process, Rich was transparent, delivered quality renovation results, and had an understanding of the aesthetic of our home to align our color themes and fixtures. He was such a pleasure to work with and the best partner to help us improve our home.

Absolutely amazing!!!! Iâ m a retired interior designer so Iâ ve hired many contractors. I wish I had found Rich years ago. He and his team are the absolute best Iâ ve ever worked with. He was always on time, always kept me informed about the time line and his work was total perfection. His prices are extremely reasonable especially considering the quality of work he does. Iâ m searching my house for more projects for him to work on.

Rich and his team are simply the best. Rich helped bring our new kitchen to life. Rich was great at guiding us through the process and making sure we were thrilled with every aspect of the work. TML went above and beyond and helped us make some important design issues to maximize the space in the kitchen. Our kitchen is now a show stopper. The construction was very clean and quick (we did not even have to move out of the house). The kitchen was torn out with all the cabinetry and lighting installed within a week, leaving only some non structural aspects and the countertops to be addressed. We could not be any happier. We would highly recommend Rich and the TML team. We look forward to working with them again on our next project.

I consider myself extremely lucky to have Rich and his team working on my kitchen remodel. I originally hired another contractor who quit in the middle of my project. I found someone to replace him and they never showed up or followed through. I was referred to TML by my granite fabricator. Not only was the third time a charm, I feel as though I made a new friend and would highly recommend him. I am a Realtor and will always refer my clients to him in the future. His work ethic and attention to detail is amazing! He returns calls and always keeps an appointment. If he says he can do it, HE CAN.

Rich and his team from the start made us feel confident that they would do a good quality job and not try and take advantage of us and our situation. We were on a tight timeframe from date of closing on our house to when we had to move in by and needed essentially a new kitchen that involves demoing a wall, new floors throughout, new paint throughout and crown molding. Rich gave us a realistic timeline and ended up finishing ahead of schedule. They even went above and beyond on little nuances and added some nice touches. Will definitely be looking to TML when we redo our bathrooms.

They are very pleasant to work with. Always on time which was critical to me. They were very clean and offered the best advice. I would highly recommend them to anybody Who needs work done.

This company saved my life. I had to install a kitchen and the previous installer did everything wrong. Rich came and took everything down and installed it properly in just one day. He did also a repair for the plumbing and solved a difficult problem. After he was done the kitchen looked beautiful and he did not want to charge me extra for the additional stuff he did. Extremely professional. I would hire them again in a heart beat.

I have hired contractors before and I never had such a wonderful man named Rich that was so nice. I will always use him and I recommend him highly.

Very unusual to find a contractor who was this nice, became a friend, finished the work and came back if anything went wrong. The price didn't change from the original estimate through completion.

Rich was very professional and very prompt. He was very informative about the different repairs and painting and the laying of the tile on my patio. His work and timing were exceptional.. Her and his helper left the house immaculate. I am very impressed with his overall performance and that of his companyâ s. I will gladly use his services again and recommend him to my friends.
