Had a screen room installed by Mark a year and a half ago. I had a bent track on the one window, which makes it unusable. He knew the track was bent on install so he would take care of it and a year and a half later here we are, Mark does not return phone calls or text so now I have a screen room that I have a window that I can’t use and Mark doesn’t seem to care so I guess the warranty ends when he gets paid lifetime warranty that is

We had a three-season room built on top of an existing deck. The owner was involved every step of the way. He came out for the initial consultation, and was around just about every day during construction to update us on progress and timelines. He and the construction crew were personable and upfront with any issues they encountered. During construction, the crew found significant wood rot and water damage left to us from a previous owner. They informed us of the damage, gave us some options, and performed the repairs themselves, all for what we considered a very reasonable price. We really appreciated the level of communication and them being forward about this, and are grateful for the repairs. The room is just what we envisioned, and we are very happy with the results. We would highly recommend Pro Home and Sunrooms. The one small thing we'd change would be the amount of communication we received prior to the work starting. Construction was delayed by COVID-19, not due to Pro Home and Sunrooms, and we had to reach out to the owner once our initial start date had come and gone for a new schedule.

JOB WENT VERY SMOOTHLY IN AND PROFESSIONALLY DONE.

Product delivered promply but weather delayed the installation. I answered No to "would you hire again? " because i doubt if I will ever need this product again.

From start to finish pro sunroom was great to deal with. Communication was perfect very easy to get a hold of Mark to get any questions answered. The workmanship was second to none are screen room came amazing. Would definitely hire again.

Mark was great to work with. He responded quickly to any calls or texts and communicated updates as the project progressed. We love our new room!

It was excellent. They were very professional, did a good job cleaning up and fixing it, and it was cost effective too.

It was good. I thought they were good, there was a lot of delay in getting thing going. The style that we wanted was not available. They were on time, stayed late, and got the job done.
