A month ago I returned at the end of a long day to my downstairs condo with 3 inches of water due to an inlet pipe breaking in my downstairs bathroom. Water was leaking out of both my back and front doors. After calling a plumber to fix the leak, I lucked out on a google internet search for a water remediation company. "I have used Precise Home Inspection Services to perform home inspections several times. Their staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to do the inspection on a Sunday morning, due to the fact that I was short on the deadline and time.
