Best lead testing and removal specialists near Deerfield Beach, FL

"they were great and explained everything as they did the work."

"After having called several companies which did not impress, I called this company and spoke to Yoni. From the moment I met him, I knew he was the real deal. A lot of companies know how to remove mold, but with Yoni, I felt like he was a close, personal friend who had my back, and who I could trust to do the work, do it right, and in a timely fashion. I hired him to do a job and not only did he do it perfectly and professionally, but also he inspected my whole condo, found other issues and took care of them! In addition, after I had already paid him, he discovered another issue which he also took care of just out of the goodness if his heart. To say that he went above and beyond is a major understatement. I wish I could have paid him double his asking fee because he deserves it. Don't even give it a second thought; there is no better than Yoni and his company! Thank you Yoni, all the best."

"I have used Precise Home Inspection Services to perform home inspections several times. Their staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was most impressed with their services for a property which had mold. Their inspector was punctual and profesional. He was very thorough and took samples of the mold which they sent out for testing. They were prompt with the results and a plan of action. We remedied the mold problem quickly and are super pleased with their services. I highly recommend them."

"Did a great job testing and doing all mold related work. I highly recommend!"

"I'm very satisfied with the entire service he provided from scheduling to how quickly I received my report with pictures and descriptions of the trouble areas and the entire house. He went out of his way to do the inspection on a Sunday morning, due to the fact that I was short on the deadline and time. He worked with me and accommodated his schedule and I'm very appreciative of that. I was impressed on how knowledgeable he was on every aspect of the home. He checks every nook and cranny of the property and explains if anything needs to be repaired or updated.
His report is sent via email with all the pictures with descriptions and highlighted areas on the pictures as well. He was quick and very efficient. I had various questions and he didn't hesitate not once to answer them. He crawls into the attic and makes sure roofing is properly done and gives and estimate of life on the roof and if anything needs to be done, also for the insulation. I highly recommend Nelson at Infinity Home Inspections for all their services. Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient."

"Exceptionally professional!! They kept us well-informed through out the process and did a terrific job clearing and cleaning mold. Air was sanitized throughout the house. Would highly recommend to anyone needing mold remediation."

"I can't say enough good things about RMI. It was a breeze to schedule the appointment and they had great availability for appointments. The inspector, Robert Menendez, was punctual and super informative. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and really enjoys what he is doing. I had gotten similar inspections with another company when I first purchased my home 2 years ago. The report was bare-boned and had incorrect information. Not so with RMI. The inspection report was so thorough. I definitely feel that I got my money's worth. You will not go wrong using RMI Home Inspection Services. They will get the job done at a reasonable price. Thank you Robert!
