Best remediation company we have ever dealt with and we have unfortunately dealt with many. Honest. Impeccable work. Cost effective and transparent. I would highly recommend Gary and his team to anyone needing testing and mold removal/remediation.

Gary was at my home in less than an hour after I first contacted him. He expertly identified my water leak issue and advised that mold remediation and/or full restoration work was unnecessary. After 15-20 minutes of inspecting upstairs/downstairs he explained how I can resolve this issue myself. He charged me nothing for the visit or the inspection that identified all locations that were wet. Will definitely add Tri-County All Restorations to my contact list for future reference. Gary inspected the attic for mold. He told me what to do so I didn’t need to make a claim If I need restoration in the future. Tri-Countu would be my first call.

There is no better restoration company than Tri-County All Restorations. Gary, Kim and Staff are kind, honest, reliable and beyond accommodating. We discovered a mold issue in a closet and hired a mold inspector. The inspection also revealed a mold issue in a garage wall. Gary Ackel with Tri-County All Restorations met with us and provided a quote for the restoration work. During remediation, it was discovered that we had a problem with our A/C system causing condensation issues that resulted in the mold in the closet We paused remediation and Gary's wife, Kim, recommended contacting Vito at Ductz (who we ended up hiring after interviewing several other companies and were very satisfied with their services). Gary, Kim and the entire crew were all professional, courteous and hard working. They arrived on time as scheduled and cleaned up thoroughly during and after the remediation. Gary was personally involved in overseeing the project and verifying the results. After the remediation we were reinspected and are now mold free! We would definitely recommend Gary and his team based on our experience.

Gary and his guys did a great job! Charles Galvagni mold detector gave it an excellent review on his second inspection. I highly recommend them and would most definitely use them again. Note: you need to be aware that they will not take responsibility for the damaged area caused by the tape removal of the sealed area. Small complaint but worth knowing.

Gary and his team were amazing throughout our mold remediation process. They explained all the steps and took extra precaution to keep her home protected and safe. When we encountered an unexpected leak with the AC piping, the process had to be halted until the repair was made. Gary went above and beyond to oversee the plumbing contractor and make sure the work was a done right, and they were able to resume work the next day. There's also the little extras that matter - the crew was incredibly friendly, professional and punctual. They showed up every day on time. They kept noise to a minimum since I work from home. Our dog was confused by the activity and noise, and they even paid attention to her and put her at ease.

They were very supportive. Job done as they claimed it would be they were very efficient and friendly through the process would hire again, hopefully not needed

I found mold deep inside a kitchen cabinet I was cleaning out. Tri-County had glowing reviews so I called them up and Gary came to inspect our property to determine the course of action. As the demolition required to treat the mold properly would compromise the majority of our kitchen, we decided to escalate things with our insurance. He referred a fantastic public adjuster that helped us navigate these unfortunate circumstances in the easiest way possible. Finding mold in your home can be a stressful experience, but Tri-County All Restorations helped elevate many of my worries with their professionalism and consistent communication. When it was time for remediation the team were prompt and efficient in getting the job done. I can’t recommend Tri-County enough!

We hired Tri County All Restorations for our water dry out and mold remediation on a rental property that we have in Florida. We received a call from our tenant that there was a water leak in our condo, we called Tri County, and they went out immediately and located the leak in a polybutylene pipe. They were able to turn the water off and begin the dry out. We received updates throughout the process and a detailed report along with color picture was provided. There was quiet a bit of mold through out the condo, we hired Tri County for Mold remediation, and they once again did an excellent job, the workers were hard working, kind and honest. We do, not live in Florida, so it was very stressful not being there, however Tri-County went above and beyond to ease our stress. My tenant commented on what a great job they did. I would highly recommend Tri-County for your dry out and mold remediation needs.

After a home inspection we needed a mold remediation in our garage caused by no ventilation and hot Florida weather. I found Gary’s company Tri-County Restorations on Angie’s List and with raving reviews. He and his crew most definitely lived up to their outstanding comments. Gary communicates the entire process with pictures and videos. He has a hard working team that got the job done! They are careful in their set up with enclosures and HVAC’s to keep the surrounding air clean. They left everything tidy and hauled off their work as they completed it. Also John kept things rolling when Gary was checking on other teams. We would most definitely use them again if ever needed! AND we passed our mold test “in flying colors”. We hired Gary Ackel and his crew from Tri-County All Restorations for an extensive mold remediation. We had a water leak that caused mold to accumulate in the laundry room, bathroom, hall, hall closet, and bedroom. All of the drywall was removed in those areas goin up 4 ft to rid the areas of mold. Gary’s men were able to do this without damaging my marble floors or the vanity. This was very important to me since I had no replacement marble so if any tile had been broken, all the floors in my entire house would have had to be replaced since it is one continuous floor. They were meticulously clean. They kept the area enclosed in plastic sheeting with a zipper to go in and out. The a/c in this area had to be turned off and that unit also serviced my bedroom so Gary arranged for a portable a/c to be installed in my bedroom. Gary also would stop by to make sure everything was going as planned. We passed the mold inspection afterwards so a job well done! I highly recommend this company.

Excellent work, showed up on time, communicated well throughout the entire process and kept their word. Mold remediation needs to be done precisely and to exacting standards in not only the clean up work but also keeping the non affected areas of the building sealed off and keeping the appropriate ventilation pressure to the outside of the building etc. The team at Tri-County All Restorations is fully committed to doing all of those things with experience and professionalism.

Fantastic!! I was clear with what I thought I needed & Gary did a great job, 1st inspecting & advising, then contracting & doing the remediation to code. As they proceeded they took copious videos & pics to document the damage or lack of damage, their cleaning and waste removal. The entire worksite was “hermetically sealed” (🥴) and is ready for repair. I could not be more pleased with their work, communication or value. Great team!
