Ductmasters is my go to AC company. From new ductwork to AC maintenance to anything Heating and AC related they are extremely responsive, super professional, and a pleasure to deal with. During my last service call, Jorge, the tech, was on time as promised and even worked in the rain to make sure everything was working properly. Detailed explanation of what was done and reasonable pricing.

So professional and thorough. Appointments kept and prompt. Service was provided to check for mold with the best quality testing. Results were provided in the time frame given and very detailed. Estimate was given on the same day and provided all the options for services needed to remediate mold issues in a clear and professional way. I initially hired DuctMasters in an emergency late at night. Not only did they come out in the middle of the night but they fixed it fairly quickly. I then signed up with their maintenance plan and have been with them ever since. They have fixed a number of issues with my AC unit, and I always feel like they are fair and honest. Highly recommend!!
