The ceiling damage was caused by a leak in the apartment above mine. Mr. Brandon friendly and efficient. Plus he left the bathroom spotless before leaving. All messes were cleaned up and every wall socket was removed an put back on, light fixtures were taken down when needed and put back, he took out the medicine cabinet and then put it right back once the paint was dry.
