All messes were cleaned up and every wall socket was removed an put back on, light fixtures were taken down when needed and put back, he took out the medicine cabinet and then put it right back once the paint was dry. He painted all closet doors and insides too..Took down all shelves and then put them all back.. Serious worker, great personality and great job!"

"I have pros and cons about this handyman. The PROS are that he was prompt and professional with his communication as far as like getting back to messages. His performance was good and hung up a lot of items for the walls of our new home. The pricing was not consistent and that?s where the issue starts for CONS. Estimate was $400 but ended up having to pay him $525 and that was marked down from $600 he trying to get. Nothing really changed from the first time that was out here and the second time that he got out here to warrant such an increase in pricing. If anything we made it easier because it wasn?t as tedious because we ordered bigger and less things to hang up. I don?t think it?s right that he had to charge separate for materials that we have no use for all 35 dollars of material. Normally when professionals give estimates, it is supposed to include everything. We just feel like we were overcharged and we wouldn?t use him again to finish any other rooms in this house."
