"We needed some trees trimmed back in our yard. Sunbird Properties was one of three estimates. When we met with Jim at our home, he displayed excellent knowledge of his trade, and he knew exactly what we wanted as we explained it to him. His crew showed up on time and got the job done very quickly which included cleanup of all the branches. The price was very reasonable. "Danny was very professional and let me know why he was changing sprinkler heads for better spraying on the lawn. Also moved sprinklers so they did not hit my house and gazebo. Showed me every step of the way what and why he was doing it. Great Job!"
