"We needed some trees trimmed back in our yard. Sunbird Properties was one of three estimates. When we met with Jim at our home, he displayed excellent knowledge of his trade, and he knew exactly what we wanted as we explained it to him. His crew showed up on time and got the job done very quickly which included cleanup of all the branches. The price was very reasonable. "We had issues with our old irrigation system after our septic tank was repaired. After calling several companies Patrick was the first to actually come out to look at the issues and speak with us. Several others gave a "Guess-timate" and said they didn't know when they would be able to get by. Patrick and his crew went through the entire system and had it up in running in no time. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Even after they did the work and I had additional issues Patrick did not hesitate to return and maker sure everything was correct and working. I would not hesitate to recommend Impressive Irrigation as they seem to be a very honest and professional company."

"Anthony was efficient and able to find my problem. My sprinkler system would not stop running. I didn't know where the valves were located. He was able to find them and pinpoint the problem. He is reasonably priced and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend him."

"I think they treated the wrong lawn. The note they sent me via text message referenced trees and shrubs in my yard, I have none. They also did not leave a yard marker showing they had been there. Otherwise, this would have been a 5 star review."
