"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

Bad News: January 2017, one window cracked on the inside for unknown reason. Good News: Window World was responsive and replaced the window. Bad News: January 2018, two windows developed spots inbetween the double paned glass. Good News: Window world ordered replacement windows and I am awaiting delivery and installation at this time. So far, I have my doubts about the quality of workmanship in manufacture of Window World windows. When I initially called Window World for replacement windows in 2014, I was certain I was calling the best there is. Now.........."
