I DO NOT recommend Jeff at Ace Window and Screen repair. Don't waste your time and choose another company if you need your window screens redone or replaced. He does not follow through on agreements nor does he meet his own deadlines. He does not hold true to his word!! BACKGROUND: On 1 Nov 2019, we set up a date for him to come by and measure our windows and discuss replacing the screens, which he did not show up. I called and set up another date, he apologized and he showed up for that time, which was 5 Nov. We made a verbal agreement that I would hire him on 15 Nov, and he would be back out that weekend to remeasure and finalize the measurements. He didnt show up. I called him 21 Nov, he said he would be out before Thanksgiving and he didnt show up for that date either. I waited till the new year and called him 14 Jan 2020. Again I got the run around. Called him once again on 23 Jan. He said he was just right up the road and he would swing by that afternoon. Again, nothing. I called him for the last time, 11 Feb and got the run around again. Again, steer clear from this company and you would be better served going with another company. He always had an excuse, never met his own deadlines, and never lived up to his word. He stood in my house and raved his A+ BBB rating. Could have fooled me.

I wish I could give a review on the quality of their work, however I can't because they never actually showed up and did any work. After giving us a reasonable quote on a screened porch they gave us the run around for almost a month before we decided to go with someone else. They repeatedly told us they would be there on a certain day/time and then would not show up without even calling us to let us know. They always had excuses and were quick to reschedule, only to not show up again. If you have a tight budget, a lot of patience, and about a year to get the project done then these are your guys. Otherwise, call someone else.

We are very pleased with the excellent work and cost. They went over and above glass and screen repair. They even did hardy board replacement, and did it so the whole exterior wall didn't have to be redone--very clever! Jeff used quality screening that keeps out the smallest of pests. In spite of ALL the rain, Jeff and David got the work done. It looks wonderful.

Jeff Beggs is absolutely professional and truly knows windows!  He and a partner came when he said he would and had our problems resolved in a jiffy, despite the fact that the window had not been installed correctly by the installer. He even taught me a bunch about the double hung window mechanism, which will make it possible for me to do my own repair if it happens again. A truly stand-up guy!

Installation was performed in a professional manner, personal attention to work and communication with buyer.
Work took longer than expected due to weather conditions that delayed completion.
Installer had to return to finish project due to some materials (colored sealant) not available at the time of installation.
Very happy with product and installation...recommended to neighbor and they also used their services.
Will call them in the future to replace window screens.

Great experience all around! Ace is very responsive, friendly, honest, and they show up when they say they will. The screens look great! I definitely recommend!

Called Ace Window,Glass and screen Repair for free estimate. Jeff came out on schedule and gave us a fair estimate,so we agreed to hire him. Jeff measured the window, ordered the glass and came to install it. He was always on time for our appointments, knew what he was doing, and worked without making a mess. We are happy with the work and felt that the cost, which was exactly what Jeff quoted us, was reasonable. We would certainly recommend this company and plan to call them for any other glass we need. Work was efficient. Arrived in timely manner and completed work quietly and satisfactorily.

He took out the old rugs that were in each of my 2 bedrooms.  He did a lot a prep work before installing the flooring, like thoroughly cleaning the area and putting down a moisture barrier on the concrete floor.  It was only after everything was prepared properly that he started to put in the bamboo flooring.  Now the bedroom floors look very beautiful. He did a great job. Also, put up new baseboards in both bedrooms.  Looks beautiful!
