Fast and reliable. The movement rather well all of my items were well taken care of and we received everything in great shape the only damage that I had was on my barbecue grill which wasn't very expensive overall I had a great experience

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I found MD Pro movers through Angi for a long distance move from FL to VA. I was quoted around $1,800 and paid the deposit. Once the movers arrived they claimed I had more volume than they estimated and charged me for and I ended having to pay $1,900 on top of the deposit and said I had to pay the remaining amount (30%) when they deliver my items. I wasn?t allowed to pay with a card and had to have Cashapp and Zelle in order to make payments. They didn?t take all of my items, they increased the price and I was told that I my items would be delivered in 7 days, I would receive a 24 hour notice and a call 1 hour before delivery occurred. My items were set to be delivered 6/7/25 and I received a call that day stating the drivers were in route to Virginia and that in 7 days my belongs should be here. I didn?t get a call on 6/14 so I figured there might be a delay. That?s fine, it?s a big move and it takes time, I?m not too concerned about it. I called that Monday and they said the driver was still in route, but I would again get a call 24 hours before they arrive and 1 hour before they show up. It all sounded good. I sadly had a funeral to go to on 6/21 (just a day trip) and had to make a quick trip to North Carolina. I was called at 8:45 in the morning and was told ?Sorry my drivers weren?t able to provide a 24 hour notice but they will be at your place in 5 hours?. This took me aback because I was told numerous times that I would get a 24 hour notice before anyone arrives. I proceeded to let them know I was out of town for a funeral and would not be back to later that night/the next morning. I found out there were using a different moving company (even though you were supposed to believe that MD Movers would be the one moving your items) and was told I had to contact MD in order to get thing situated. After calling them and getting a VERY rude response from their front desk agent, I was told that my items would not be delivered unless I paid an overnight fee and paid extra fees for the inconvenience. I let them know that I was advised about the 24 hour guarantee that I was provided and after the front lady told me ?I would never say that because we don?t do that?, I was then told by the manager ?Oh, that?s not in the contract, and that?s only complimentary and we don?t need to provide a 24 hours notice?. Luckily I had someone in the area who could be let in, but if not I wouldn?t have been able to do anything and gotten charged a lot more than I was already charged. It?s been very clear through this experience that the company uses bait-and-switch prices, adds surprise fees at the end. They want an untraceable payment method, and have very little communication. They did not disclose to Me that another moving company would be coming to deliver my items (which came with lots of broken boxes and items) and I still have not received itemized inventory, or a bill of lading. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company. They have lots of bad reviews everywhere and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

I H\hired them to move furniture from my apartment in St. Augustin Florida to Maryland. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE-AVOID THEM- They charged an additional $3500 when loading and stated I had exceeded my cubic foot limit. I am a single female and they said if I did not make the demanded payment by Zelle or PayPal they would unload the goods and leave them in the parking lot of the apartment complex. I made the payment and left for Maryland. The were not forthcoming on when the goods would be shipped. There is no guarantee of a delivery date and the insurance they provide in the contract is almost worthless. Only after a month with no luck in communicating with them I told them I would fly down and get my property and rent a UHaul and bring it to Maryland with my father. Finally arrived, missing items, damaged items over six weeks late. AVOID THEM

Just do not use them. Based on my experience with them I can easily say that they are liars, they are thieves and they have no remorse for what they do to people. No one from the company would answer my calls or emails after our nightmare experience. I filed a complaint with BBB. They apologized for the horrid service and said they would ?make it right?. BBB closed the complaint because they said they would ?make it right?. I never heard from them again and they would not answer my calls or emails. They lied about everything. They refused to acknowledge promises made in writing. They broke and damaged property. They way overcharged us. It was absurd. Our sales person was Adam Levy. I tried to cancel one time and he BEGGED me to not cancel. Literally begged. He told me how we are family and they are incredible and he guaranteed I would be so happy with their Just do not do it. Hire a teenager and you will fare better than hiring M&D Pro Movers.

If I could give negative stars I would. Do not hire, ever! Possibly the worst moving company, read the negative reviews. The positive ones are all lies. First the salesman, Eric Matthew?s, completely under quoted me. They delivered part of my stuff the next day. Then took months to deliver most of the rest of the stuff. There are several boxes that were never delivered. Communication is horrendous, the women in the office Tysh and Selene are rude, liars, condescending and just plain mean. They do not understand these are your personal treasured possessions. To them, it might as well be trash. It was the single most horrendous experience of my life. Do yourself a favor and hire a reputable mover.

Angie, you need to do better when vetting your businesses. After speaking with Justin Wise and getting what I thought was a great price to move items from FL to MN my husband and I decided to hire M & D Pro Movers. They picked up our items on 4/3/25 and were told we would have it in 7-10 business days by Justin. However when they came to get the items the price suddenly increased. We paid the extra $1700. It has now been 30 business days and we still don't have our things. Selene, the so-called office Mgr is rude, aggressive and very loud. Whenever she decides to answer the phone, she spews one lie after another. She originally gave my husband and I are date of 5/23 to have our things. That date changed to 5/15 and as of today she now says they have until 5/21 to deliver our items. She never has an answer when I ask where our things are but she can tell me about other people's things. My husband and I want our things. My mom's ashes are, I don't know where at this point.

This was a total scam! Stole from us! We never received all of our belongings. What we did receive took months, and a good portion arrived damaged. Clearly did not care about handling our things with care or even making sure that we received it all. According to the contract we were owed $30 per day for deliveries not made within 30 business days of the agreed upon date (ours was not) and we never received that either. Could not get calls or emails to go through (assuming they blocked us). The movers were incredibly rude and lied saying that they had 90% of our things on the first late delivery (turned out they had less than 30% of our stuff). As a young woman alone, my roommate felt very threatened when they yelled and threatened to hold our belongings hostage if we didn?t pay 90% of the balance on the first delivery. I spent countless hours trying to get in contact with them to find my belongings and talking to insurance and police, terrible experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ? Shady, Unprofessional, and Emotionally Exhausting This has been one of the most distressing and unacceptable customer service experiences I?ve ever witnessed. This company was hired to move my mother?s belongings from Fort Myers, FL to Minneapolis, MN. Her items were picked up on April 6 with a promised delivery on or around April 10. As of April 20, not only has nothing been delivered, but no one at this company has had the decency to offer a real update, resolution, or even common courtesy. We initially worked with someone named Justin, who has since stopped responding to calls and emails entirely. Radio silence. Not even a ?let me look into that.? Just ghosted. Each time we call, we?re met with a woman who refuses to give her name, doesn?t ask for any identifying info for my mom (so how she?s allegedly tracking anything is beyond me), and just throws out random, unverified ETAs that never materialize. There?s no accountability, no follow-through,
