I had a tight timeline and Dave was able to fit it in between his other jobs. He was very responsive, punctual, professional. Quality work. Great to work with. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again. Overall a great experience. Date work was done 12/1/16 and I've already recommended him to a colleague.

Took less time than originally estimated, did excellent work from start to finish, price was completely reasonable, and Dave was totally professional and friendly. He also texted pictures of the work as it progressed to keep us posted on the project's status (our work was being done in a location we couldn't see from the house). My husband and I look forward to calling Dave again for any work that we can't do or don't have time to do. Extremely satisfied.

The repair was quick and done very well. I would highly recommend him for any repair needs you may have. Price was very reasonable. Dave is very professional.

He arrived on time with new Windows that were in expected brand new condition. Old windows were removed in the fashion we discussed. No unforeseen complications arose. New Windows fit perfectly- he had measured and ordered them for me. He cleaned up his workspace and we set a return date for more work!!

Dave arrived exactly on time, he had all the tools that he needed on him, and utilized the space I had in order to start the job. I totally felt comfortable around him and was attentive, listened and delivered exactly what I was looking for. He kept a clean work area, his tools were orderly and he required little check up by me. He was even polite to my talkative neighbor. 

He spent extra time at the end of building the water toy rack to assure that I was completely happy with the project. He adjusted a few things and cleaned up his materials. His ability to listen and deliver is what sold me on using his services again. The most important quality I think Dave possesses is his trustworthiness. You can tell he is a man of his word, and he's in this business because he enjoys serving other people. Great guy, great handyman and worth every penny.

It went as well as I could have wanted it to.  There was a great deal of difficulty  disposing  of trash -  he handled it really well. I do not have any don't.

David was always punctual, friendly and professional. He was always available to take my call and treated my projects as important no matter how big or small. Please don't hesitate to hire Dave.

Dan was incredibly professional, informative and courteous.  In addition, we were quoted a very competitive price.  The consultation was excellent, the installation experience was excellent, with a very professional and informed installation team.  They also looked at our condenser and offered some useful tips on future projects.  The follow up has been equally impressive.  I suggest anyone with heating or cooling needs, give Dan at Epic a call.

Dan and Larry came out to estimate the job and showed up exactly on time. I had the estimate from them a day later. Dan was good about communicating (both by phone and email) their schedule and the work was performed on the day promised. Larry and John performed the work and did a very professional job. There were several options as to where the system could be placed and they reviewed the options with me and we made a joint decision about how to proceed. Their work was neat and orderly and there were no surprises. By the end of the day my daughter had a very efficient heating, cooling and dehumidifcation system functioning.

I would also note that Epic's price was competitive, as I did have another vendor quote the work and the other vendor was slightly higher.

Overall I was very happy with Epic and they were a pleasure to work with, especially having had experience with other vendors who are unreliable, don't show up on time, don't return phone calls, don't want to adequately discuss the work,  etc. I would definitely recommend them.
