"I called Jeff, told him what I needed done and he sent my a contract to sign.  After signing, Jeff ordered the doors and when they came in (they were delayed by the company) we determined a date and time for him to come out to hang the doors.  My ceiling fan blades were originally going to be replaced but Jeff suggested I replace both fans as they were old.  He was right.  One wouldn't turn at all and the other stopped turning within a month.  So while the doors were on order I purchased new fans and light kits.  When the doors came in, Jeff and his father-in-law came out to work on changing out the doors.  It took a little longer than expected but they were hung, primed and painted over the course of several days.  Both doors had noises they made over time, but I called Jeff out and he fixed the hinges.  The Anderson door is wonderful and the Therma Tru is doing well, too.  Jeff came out later to hang the fans on the back porch and brought another family member to help.  Again, it took longer than expected but was completed during the same day.  Both fans work fine.  They did the work with a few delays (weather, items on order) and did it well.  I asked for an estimate on some more work and haven't heard back.  I'm sure if I called him he would send me one, but I am not in a hurry.

They were easy to work with, answered all my questions, did quality work and when a couple of minor issues arose, they went out of their way to make it right and to make me happy. The job, did, take a good bit longer than what I was told it would take, but it did not cause a problem for me, and they always kept me informed and showed up when they said they would. I cannot fully rate the work done on the door, yet, as the cold winter months have not arrived, but there was one cold snap, recently, that I could determine good improvement. Hickory Creek was contacted and showed up within a week as they promised, and repaired the tongue & groove ceiling. It matched up with rest that had been built in 1947. Great work!
