He was very easy to talk with, answered all my questions, provided me a quote and I hired him right then. Chris took the time to explain how it would be accomplished and that this would definitely extend the life of the column. He arrived the very next day at 8:00, covered my entire patio with protective layers of thick paper, and began his work. He reached out to me and provided me with an update and he and his sons finished the job about an hour after I arrived home. They swept up and washed down my patio and it looked perfect! Not only was the stucco work perfect, everything was clean before they left. Chris and his sons took pride in covering my patio and plants and made sure everything was right. Let’s just say, Chris Delancy’s number is stored in my phone. I just wish my builder of my new home had the skill and pride that Chris has. It’s a shame I had to go outside the builder to fix this issue but honestly I’m glad I did!!! It was done right even if I had to pay it was truly worth every penny!!!
