"I was very satisfied with Mark and his installers.  Mark (the owner) is a man of integrity and a true professional.  He is very congenial and easy to work with.  Most importantly, he says what he is going to do and then does just as promised.  His aim is to please his customers.  Mark's installers, led by Darrel, completed the job within two days and began on the date scheduled.  The workers were careful in getting their work done in an efficient and tidy manner.  There was one slight snag--Mark and I had a miscommunication about the size of screens I preferred.  The windows first came with full-sized top to bottom screens, but I preferred half-sized.  When I mentioned this to Mark, he offered replacements which he had to special order.  There was no hesitation on his part.  Within two weeks, Darrel stopped by and installed all but one which did not fit.  Mark then ordered a second replacement and within two or three weeks, I had the final half-sized screen installed--making the job complete.  I would highly recommend Creative Remodeling of Orlando.

"I needed an experienced stucco company to look at an issue I had with a new construction home only 11 months old. I had eifs decorative styrofoam columns in front of my home that were falling apart and splitting down the sides where they were put together. I met with Chris Delancy one day after speaking with him by phone. He looked at the situation and provided me with the best option to make this right. He was very easy to talk with, answered all my questions, provided me a quote and I hired him right then. Chris took the time to explain how it would be accomplished and that this would definitely extend the life of the column. He arrived the very next day at 8:00, covered my entire patio with protective layers of thick paper, and began his work. He reached out to me and provided me with an update and he and his sons finished the job about an hour after I arrived home. They swept up and washed down my patio and it looked perfect! Not only was the stucco work perfect, everything was clean before they left. Chris and his sons took pride in covering my patio and plants and made sure everything was right. Let’s just say, Chris Delancy’s number is stored in my phone. I just wish my builder of my new home had the skill and pride that Chris has.
