Wallaby Windows of Melbourne & Brevards Exterior Solutions, LLC We had a very bad contractor (Josh Frank, Manager/Owner) result. Hope others come out as well. This was a case of "Take the Money and Run". We paid in cash (over $20k in our retirement money), and as soon as they got the full payment, we never heard from them again (over 6 months until we filed complaints). We were lied to - damages were left from the installation, and to our personal property. The Manager (Josh) said we would fix it on the day of payment. Never returned, and the damages are still there, 6 months and counting. What would you do????

CONSUMER WARNING: DON'T!!!!!!!! We have had a very bad experience with this company, and they know who we are. We have a lot to say that isn't good at all. We don't want to intimidate ourselves, so we are just putting out the WARNING for you to see it. We are so sorry we went with them, and we are hoping you will not be the next one to be sorry. Again... DON'T!

From start to finish this was a awesome experience. From the office girl Mandy , Eric who gave us our free quote, to Olando our installer everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Eric found the perfect replacement windows that not only keep the heat from the sun out but also the sound of the air conditioner right outside the bedroom window. Also the cost was two thousand less than our other quote. The Boss was there to answer any questions and do a inspection of the installers work. big ty to Home Advisors and the customer reviews .

Awesome customer service! I had them come out and give me a quote on all of my windows and sliding glass doors. Anthony the salesman was amazing with his presentation. Very professional and knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. I couldn’t believe the amount of energy these windows were losing inside my home. I’m soo excited to see my new windows and doors in.
