"William was terrific. He filled, honed, sealed and polished our travertine floors that were desperately in need of restoration. They look fabulous, better than when originally installed. He even sealed our granite countertops at no extra charge. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing help with any type of stone."

"You won t find a more efficient and dedicated contractor. We initially hired Boyd Worz to change bathroom fixtures, he then completed a partial renovation on a rental property and a full top-to-toe renovation on another. This included two bathroom remodels (tile, tub, toilet) a full kitchen remodel (cabinets, tile, fixtures) new flooring install and paint inside and out, fencing and lots of other items. He does really beautiful and excellent work, is meticulous about details and neater than any contractor I ve ever met before! I highly recommend Boyd and his company."

"Benjamin removed an old tile bathroom floor and laid a new tile floor, not an easy job. He accomplished it in the time frame that he had given us. Very pleased with his work and time frame that this was completed in, showed up on time, cleaned up. Quality work, reasonable priced. Would hire him again with hesitation."

"Nestor and team did a great job on our counter and sink installation. They were prompt, efficient and explained fully how the project would go. They had to remove the old laminate countertops and even do some drywall repair and painting where the laminate backsplash was. His wife (Bella) and son (Haziel) worked with him tirelessly. It took a full day just as expected. They were very careful and took the time to do the job with perfection. This team is a cut above. We are very pleased with our new quartz countertops. I highly recommend Nestor Deluxe Granite."

"West Shore scheduled out tub/shower conversion and actually called to move us up a week which was great. The installers arrived promptly on the specified time and introduced themselves. They were both very friendly, surveyed the existing bathroom obstacles and went immediately working to remove the old tub, tile, fixtures, etc. Mark and Shawn worked in unison and quickly had our shower conversion finished. Both were very friendly and professional. They answered any and all questions. Best experience we've ever had with contractors and crew. Thanks Mark and Shawn for a fantastic job."

The average cost of installing tile is around $2,000, ranging between $400 and $6,500, depending on the type of tile, square footage of tile, and whether or not your tiling contractor performs site preparation, like removing old tile. On average, you can expect to pay between $5 and $45 per square foot, largely depending on the type and quality of the tiles you choose. For example, ceramic and travertine tile cost about $1 per square foot, but luxury tile options like marble cost up to $350 per square foot, not including labor.
The cost of home remodeling is $50,000 for the average homeowner. However, this cost can range anywhere from $3,000 for a small project to $170,000 for a whole home remodel. Factors like project size, location, and room type all affect your overall cost. For example, bedroom remodeling costs are one of the least expensive projects, costing about $1,500 to $5,500 per bedroom. However, a kitchen remodel has a significant cost range, totaling anywhere from $14,500 to over $70,000.
Yes, most states require home remodeling contractors to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed home remodeling contractor could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.

Tile will almost always last longer than laminate flooring, regardless of the type of tile installed. Porcelain tile can last for 75 years or more with proper care, and even less durable ceramic tile will last for 60 years or more, provided they’re installed by a tile professional. On the other hand, laminate flooring has an average lifespan of around 20 years, and you might only get 10 to 15 years out of low-cost laminate flooring. As such, tile will add far more value to your home than laminate.
The cost to install countertops is $3,105 on average. This project cost can range from $400 to $8,500, depending on the material, edging, and countertop size.
Laminate countertops are generally the most cost-efficient, ranging from $8 to $27 per square foot. On the other hand, slate countertops are considered more luxurious and range from $30 to $90 per square foot. There are also countertop materials priced between those two, including stainless steel, granite, Corian, and wood.
