Jason was easy to work with and very professional. He answered all my questions and explained the job and the difference between the materials used, He gave me a reasonable estimate and was spot on with the amount of materials needed to do the job. Unfortunately, I have to add to my review I left in July 2025. Although Jason rebuilt my bathroom and did a wonderful job, he is not good with follow-ups. Jason was attentive and communicative throughout the project, and I appreciated the focus he gave while the work was in progress. However, once the project was completed, follow-ups have been very difficult. For the past two months, I have been promised that the cracked tile issue caused by his plumber and glass company would be corrected, but the work has not been addressed. While the initial experience was positive, the lack of follow-through after completion has been disappointing.

"Yes ma'am I have been very busy and due to the glass guys cracking the tile I unfortunately told you I would fix it I've had some family issues and I will do it as soon as everything is cleared up on my side / jobs . I normally charge to come back and fix due to somebody else's negligence but I was going to do it free of cost... Remember you're giving me a review based on somebody else's negligence my job was done 100% correct Lee and Cates cracked the tile not me."

Luxury Vinyl Flooring Installation (Materials Provided by Consumer)
Jason did an exceptional job installing luxury plank vinyl tag that I purchased at floor and decor. He provided an installation quote shortly after I requested it and was able to fit my job in quickly. He was an excellent communicator and provided frequent updates throughout the process. His work is top notch. Our floor looks great. He played out the flooring in a manner that was slightly more work for him but saved product for us. At the end of installation, we have 7 boxes to return. He was tidy and cleaned up thoroughly. It was obvious throughout this job that he was highly experienced and knowledgeable about floor installation. Moving forward, I hope to hire him again.

Job involved a kitchen back splash replacement and floor tile repair/replacement. Jason has a great eye and made recommendations for small changes that resulted in a more eye appealing countertop. Determined the issue with why floor tile planks were breaking.
During the process, he was a great communicator, loves what he does and does what he says he'll do. Highly recommended!

Let me say I have use many of a lot of contractors and I have to say Jason hands down tops all of them. He did exactly what he said he would do. My shower is perfect. He might not be the cheapest but he is the best. My wife is very picky and she is definitely in ahh. If he's going to be late he calls. He stays in contact and won't leave you hanging.. if I could give him 10 ? I would.

Jason was assigned to repair a shower that was installed improperly. He has an impressive skill set and portfolio. He arrived on time and informed me of what he was doing so I was comfortable, given the circumstances. I wish I could have had Jason do the shower, and not the company assigned to me by Installation Made Easy. It would have saved me money and an absolute ton of time.

Jason Jones did tiles in my mother inlaw's house. Came to the jobsite all drugged up, made my Wife and mother inlaw so scared and uncomfortable, making sexual remarks and sending nasty texts and calls late at night. Mother inlaw was going through he'll waiting for the job to be done ready to file for sexual herrasment but was scared he would never finish the job. After waiting for 3 month Jason asked if she can give him a good review he will get someone to finish the job same day, that was a lie and getting the final payment he left the job unfinished and refuses to return the phonecalls. We tried calling his workers and they said they quit because he didnt pay them for months and owed them over $4000 and was not returning their call either. Stay away from this creep unless you want your daughters to be raped. This guy belongs behind bars screwing over good people.
