He had all equipment and needed parts with him. Employee carefully evaluated the install to maintain the integrity of the original 80 year old tile. He was able to make needed adjustments to fit the new vanity. I am completely satisfied with Daly Stone Design and will (and have) recommend Daly to all friends and family. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."
