Arnold was very professional and thorough, kept checking all possible problems even after he found the leak, and let us know the rest of our pool plumbing was in good shape. "After thorough research and several recommendations for my roof replacement, I decided to go with Total Home Roofing. David Hughes, my sales representative, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He responded very timely the day after my call request, explained in detail all of my options, and provided a very competitive quote. He was very professional, not rushed and took time to answer all of my questions. I signed contact the same day. Within a few days, the main office called to select an install date and defined process expectations. The installers arrived promptly on the scheduled date. The field supervisor met with me on the first day, again explained the process and provided his contact information should I needed to reach him. I also received a call from the project manager at the main office to keep me informed. The project was completed in two work days. Installation went well and the clean up was outstanding. I had to have them come back to adjust a section of gutter, which they did in one business day. I received the proof of completion on the date of final payment and was told a third party would be reaching out to me to assist with the wind mitigation certification paperwork. They too called timely and set-up and appointment to compete the wind mitigation inspection. They provided me with the report via email on the same day.
