Also the scheduling of your project, as explained via our telephone conversation, the previous customer uncovered a rotten chimney while we were there. We had no choice but to fix it while we were there, and not leave them with an unfinished project, just as we did your additional work while we were there. "Hey there. Thank you for your feedback. Yes, your job was a semi-difficult in some areas but for the most part, went fairly smooth. Unfortunately, The gutter truck we have is 17ft long. Your project required a 40' ladder, to go over a breezeway that had a metal roof that we did not want to damage, and a pool very close to the house on the left rear corner...a ladder that size would obviously not fit on their truck, but our vinyl crew's trailer. I apologize for the lengthy install, but we had to coordinate two separate crews, so they could haul the ladder down. When we originally measured for the job, the metal roof was not installed, and if shingled, would have been easier...and we had a plan for a regular ladder to sit on top of the roof...The day we were there with the 40' ladder, the pool was filled with brown water that I couldn't ask anyone to swim in to get to their ladder, so we had to again, arrange for someone to come out with the ladder when the pool was drained. However, the vinyl crew has their own projects they tend to as well. Coordination to get them together was a little difficult, but we made it happen. Hope you enjoy your gutters.
