Second time in the last three years I hired Tyson (a one person shop) to work on one of my kitchen appliances. Like the first time, he answered the call himself, spoke a little about best and worst POSSIBLE scenarios based on what I described, offered to set an appointment, showed up on time, looked at EVERYTHING! Figured out what the problem was, explained all my options and gave me a firm price. Told me, based on supply chain issues it could take anywhere from two to 10 weeks to get the part I needed. Had it a little over a week later and came out in a couple of days to snapped it in. Very dependable, knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely use again and recommend!

They did a good job

Tyson, he’s a very personable young man he takes pride in his work. I will admit I had a complex issue. Tyson came out several times to deal with it. I must say I am most happy and most appreciative of his skills and his tolerance. I will recommend Tyson to everyone that I know if they need any type of appliance repaired. KUDOS!!!

Great work and cleaned up afterwards

I hired this company last year when they joined Angie List. Wrote a nice review so decided to hire them again. Well, it didn't go well. The owner said he would be at the house between 12:00 and 2:00, but he never showed up. He didn't even have the courtesy to call to let me know if he was going to make it or not. On top of that, I took some time off from my job to be at the house waiting for this guy. I will not use this company again or refer them to anyone else. Their customer service is disappointing. I found another company that's professional and reliable and got the washer water leak repaired !

The technician was very knowledgeable and very polite. He was able to quickly diagnose the electrical wiring issue and did a good job of safely fixing the issue in a very professional manner.

I would highly recommend Good Appliance. Wyatt was very proficient and polite. The cost was very reasonable. Highly satisfied!

Still not fixed

Very well. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed quickly.

Tyson came out last week and diagnosed the problem with our dryer. With the Christmas holiday, the sensors came in yesterday and he came today and repaired the dryer. On the first visit he offered to look at any other applicances and he was able to re-seat our dishwasher so that it was flush with the cabinets (which made it less noisy too). He was very professional and curteous. He kept in good communication with me about the status of the sensors and his arrival today. I would definitely recommend him and call again for other repairs.

Tyson was extremely responsive. He was available for repair, called in the timeslot scheduled and showed up as expected. He was very professional, explained the issue, resolved the problem and the cost was VERY reasonable. We will definitely call him for appliance repair in the future.
