"Steve the Grout Guy arrived at my house at 8:30am to clean and repair my 18 year old tile floor and grout. He and his crew needed to remove 9 loose tiles, re-attach and grout. Meanwhile his additional crew member was cleaning the rest of the flooring. They pulled up, re-cemented and re-grouted the 9 tiles and cleaned the entire tiled area (about 1800 sq. ft) without chipping, breaking or damaging a single one, in about 3 hours time! Did a really wonderful job, and very reasonable!! You cannot even tell which 9 tiles were redone he did such an excellent job of matching existing grout. I would definitely call Steve the Grout Guy again for any future tile jobs if needed! Honest, hard working, polite and very efficient!"

His installer came demolished the tile in the lanai, took the old tile away and cleaned up the area. He came the next day and laid the tile in one day. The following day he grouted the tile.
