"This is my first experience with your company and technician. I live out of state and I have a rental unit I was given some bad information for another company who had been doing the annual service on that unit for years, but they sold the company and the new company came out to do the cleaning check He told me it was an old unit which I knew and things were going to go bad so I asked him to come back do some measurements and perhaps get a new unit in the near future. An appointment was set up For Tuesday of next week, but the very next day, which was yesterday Saturday her air stopped working completely. I called the company. They came back and said the compressor was not working And could not do anything at that time to give her some air-conditioning. I called your company. They came out this morning and there was a clog in the line which he said happens very frequently in Florida and fixed it. He was there 15 minutes. We discussed getting a new unit at some point since the current one is old but he made suggestions but he said donâ t do anything now if something goes wrong call us And we will come out and see if it is fixable or if It is time for a new unit. He was completely honest, so weâ re the office staff. Courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly I am so glad I found your Company thank you for helping me out. I would recommend you highly"

"Hard to know how clean the ducts are because theyâ re ducts and Iâ m not crawling in them. Expensive but canâ t compare to others."

"My AC unit died a week before Hurricane Irma. It was on a Sunday. I called Iran and he came out immediately. My compressor was shot, and he went back to his shop and got me a replacement immediately. I can't thank him enough...... 6/12/18 My a/c gave up the ghost and again Iran came out on a Sunday again and came the very next day with everything and installed a new system. Plus they cleaned and sanitized my air ducts. I did not expect next day service and they endured the heat and humidity so that I did not have too....thank you!!! They do excellent work, good to his word, AND came back next day to check and make sure I was satisfied. They clean up everything and leave no sign behind!!! 2 great services from one provider."

"Excellent service tech, cleaned up after himself."

"Our air conditioner went out, and I was very appreciated of the fact that they got it done the next day."

"Wyatt arrived on time and got right to work. He helped us discover that part of our problem was kinks in the dryer vent tubing in back of the dryer. He changed it to a shorter one and went on the roof and everything blew out! When my husband looked at the accumulated lint in the old vent tube he was shocked. Wyatt said we were good to go for another year..all ready put it in my phone calendar to call him next year."
