I went on vacation for a week and the work was completed upon my return. I wasn't ready to take delivery because I was having hardwood floors installed. They gladly held the chairs until I was ready(approximately an additional week). They were so easy to work with, and they did a quality job."

My naughty little cocapoo put urine stains all over the rug, and he explained that the backing is tightly woven making it difficult to completely remove the stains.
