I used King of Klean to dry clean two sofas, I have mixed feelings about the experience. I paid $930 for the service, which feels quite steep given the results. Dave was friendly and professional. He arrived on time, and started the 50 minute cleaning process immediately. when it came to the cleanliness of the sofas, I was left somewhat disappointed. While they are cleaner than they were before, they didn’t meet my expectations for a high-end $930 cleaning service. I was hoping for a clean that would truly revitalize the fabric, but it felt more like spray and go. After the sofas dried they left a hard coating on the surface that turned to powder when trying to remove it. While I appreciated the quick service and professionalism, I can't shake the feeling that I paid a premium price for results that didn't quite justify the cost. If you're considering dry cleaning furniture you might want to weigh your options or look for additional reviews before making a decision.

Naples King of Klean was great to work with! David was great, he came to our home and picked up our cushions that were covered in mold from some debris that had leaked onto them, and he made them look brand new! We are very happy with how they turned out, and are so glad to do not have to replace all of our patio furniture! Would highly recommend David and Naples King of Klean!

Dave was very knowledgeable and professional. He took our wool area rug to the shop and didn't return until he'd done all that he could. The rug looks beautiful! There are a few stains that didn't come completely out, but he gave me a bottle of spray that lightens them even more. My naughty little cocapoo put urine stains all over the rug, and he explained that the backing is tightly woven making it difficult to completely remove the stains. Overall, we are happy with the service we received and highly recommend King Of Klean!

It went fine though the price seems high when I had to spend 1.5 hours vacuuming the furniture after it dried. The company said they suggested vacuuming it but you didn't have to. I felt Naples King of Klean should have come back to do that since when you pay to have it cleaned you don't want to do the back breaking work.

It was a nightmare of an experience. I now have three area rugs that are destroyed as a result of their service. After waiting three weeks for my rugs to be returned they arrived back full of mildew. They then took the rugs for another three weeks and delivered them back full of stains that did not previously exist. The rugs were also stretched and discolored. Unfortunately, they feel they have no responsibility for this disaster.

"This is a perfect example of a customer gaslighting the outcome. Customer was instructed to remove their rug from the delivery protective plastic upon arrival. They chose to leave their rug covered for more than a week in a hot garage in Florida. When they opened the rug it had developed mold and a horrible smell. We went back again and tried to repair the damage that they caused. It was too late. Ultimately their cost for the cleaning was $0 since they refused to pay even though we did everything correctly and they destroyed their rug by leaving it wrapped."

We needed dirt and some mold removed from our sunbrella cushions on our lanai and Dave picked up our cushions, cleaned them over a 10 day period and returned them in new condition. All the dirt and mold was gone, they looked brand new and the process, for us, was flawless.

David Bruno was the main tech for the job with his asst., Luis. The job was large with white carpet and very dirty lanai chair cushions! David and Luis did a phenomenal job!!! The carpet looks better than ever!!!! The upholstery of the lanai furniture is unbelievable...mold and grayness is gone!!!! David was professional and honest. They both worked hard and went above and beyond to get stains out and make the carpet as good as possible!!! I will use them again! Highly recommend!!!

They are very professional and do the very best quality work. A fine oriental rug worth $50 (due to damage) was restored and is now worth thousands! Don't think that a pet stain cannot be removed from wool. They work magic! They will pick up your area rugs and deliver them all wrapped in plastic!

David and Luis did a great job. They were efficient and detailed. They employ a 5 step process so they are all over the carpet several times. After cleaning, the carpets were damp but dried within a short amount of time. This was a concern of mine as we have had carpets cleaned in the past and the material was wet for a day after servicing. The next day David phoned to see how my carpets looked. I told him the one area where we had a stubborn spot still had a slight stain. He returned to spot treat and the stain is now gone!
