Contacted Frank about an AC problem and he had Luc come out same day to address the issue.

Worst firm ever. The owner Direct Cooling, a crude, uneducated slob named "Frank" is a Trump Conspiracy Theorist and a crook : During a recent installation of a HVAC unit we purchased from Frank, he weirdly showed us some doctored pictures of a "school exam" on his phone, that were making the rounds in MAGA-Land as somehow inappropriate - We immediately pointed out these were debunked, doctored pictures promoted by (fake) Fox News, as he tried in vain to convince us to believe his MAGA Misinformation BS was for real. He also became visible upset on the job site. Months later, when the HVAC unit Frank sold us and installed broke down, he *refused* to service the unit ever again, claiming his firm was "too busy" to provide support and warranty service as promised, and illegally breaking the contract to stand behind the expensive HVAC unit we bought directly from Direct Cooling and Frank. There are too many excellent AC providers to take your chance on this one. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS / AMERICAN TRAITORS AT ALL COSTS.

Came home from vacation on a Saturday afternoon to the house 15 degrees warmer then it should be. They got a tech here within the house and repaired within the next hour. House is cooling off already, tech was knowledgeable and informative and the owner even stopped by to check in. 100% recommend.

After our contractor abandoned our kitchen project, Direct Cooling was called because we've used them in the past. After speaking with the owner, Mr. Frank, who recently installed our new A.C. unit, duct work, and re-routing of our drain and coolant lines to eliminate a wall. DC's team came in and re-installed our rangetop exhaust hood and modified the new hood to exhaust outside. How did it go? Perfect!
