"NOTE: This review applies to accordion hurricane shutters, but is posted under awnings because I couldn't find a category specifically for hurricane shutters. Sal was courteous, efficient, and conscientious. He and his assistant repaired the accordion shutter system around our large butt glass bay window so that the shutters would open and close easily. The tracks were installed with very sharp angles at the points of the bay window, making it very difficult to work the guides around the tracks. The job involved removing the entire shutter assembly, replacing all the wheels on the vanes, grinding down the sharp angles on the tracks, reinstalling the vanes, and lubricating all the moving parts. It was a difficult and time-consuming process, but Sal made sure that everything worked correctly by the time he finished. He showed me how to open and close the shutters in the future without damaging the mechanism, and he serviced the two other sets of accordion shutters on our home. I also enjoyed working with Holly on the phone to schedule the work. She was a pleasure -- very knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend Suncoast Awning and Shutters."

"The salesperson was informative, but not high pressure. Installation went smoothly. A team came to the house in the early morning. They took out the old windows/door and accordion shutters and replaced them with 11 windows and one large sliding door. They were fast and efficient and were done by late afternoon. We were very happy with the quality of the product."
