First impressions were great. Willie arrived as scheduled and he was very polite He explained what he could repair but there were other pieces he could not so we decided it was more cost effective to order new blinds. Now we wait to get new blinds which are scheduled to arrive in 2-4 weeks after the holidays.

Willy was very personable. He arrived when he said he would and he fixed what I needed fixed. I pulled one of the plastic stems from the rail and dropped it and could not find it, which would have been a quick fix if I had. It was a five minute job but the service call price was a bit over the top (just like everything else lately) but I understand and had no choice at this point. If I needed a Blind or Shade company I would recommend Fantastic4Blinds2 and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I loved the way this company operated. Willie was awesome. I loved that he was the one to come out and measure and give me the quote and he was the one who came back to install the shades. He was very professional and easy to get In touch with and kept me in the loop from beginning to end.
