"I hired them to check out my shutters to make sure they were hurricane Helene ready. Unlike other companies I had investigated, they refused to give me a price saying that they needed to assess the situation first. The others gave me a base price based on the number of windows times $20/window. But they indicated it could be more based on what they had to do, Clearly this seemed like a blind item one way or another so I selected Suncoast for the most illogical reason....they had the number 513 in their phone number....this has been a lucky number for me forever. Anyway, Alex and Diego came and they were very pleasant, gave me an assessment, to which I agreed, and did the work just in time before it started to pour. All and all, I'm glad to be able to face the rest of the hurricane season in Florida without having to worry about having my shutters taken care of. Incidentally , Holly in the office is also wonderful. Now that Helene won't come here, except for rain and wind, I'm much more relaxed."

The technician was at my house on time to measure my windows, and as he promised, sent me the quote the next day by email. Once we decided to hire this company for the installation of our hurricane shutters, the technician sent me the written contract the next day, as promised, with exactly the same numbers as the quote he gave me. They were not the cheapest, however, the reason we hired this company is because they were the most professional during the quoting process, which is a good indicator of how things will go during the installation process. I will update my review once I can comment on the quality of the shutters."
