He also provided all the information we needed to get a quick approval from our HOA. The team that did the work, Tory & Blake, were on time, efficient, and highly skilled. Not only did they stabilize the concrete patio using their foam injection process, they spent a lot of time caulking and smoothing all the cracks (literally on their hands & knees) doing a meticulous job. The process worked so well, it actually lifted one section and eliminated a 1" difference in height so no more trip hazard either. "Alans Construction put a stamped concrete patio in. They ruined the kick plate with the concrete color and refused to pay for it but finally did. The job was done very poorly and sloppy. They didn’t put enough color on the patio nor sealed it. Alan, the owner came back to correct the mess and did not. I have had stamped concrete before and we never needed it touched up or sealed again nor did the color fade. Alan advised me that every 2 months the color has to be added which was just another way of getting money for the poor sloppy job they did on the patio not to mention they ruined our property and said they won’t pay to have it replaced when they ruined our kick plate on the lanai. This company does not know concrete or customer service to make it right."

"Due to improper initial installation, a "swim spa" at the house we bought several years ago was sinking. I contacted APD in July and their response was immediate. Joe of APD made a personal visit and gave a detailed explanation of the process his company would use to stabilize the spa. He also advised of any possible concerns. A reasonable price was also provided. We had full confidence in Joe and APD. However, shortly after his visit, a storm caused significant additional damage to the spa and we were forced to go in a different direction and have the spa removed.
