Excellent Work!. The crew was professional and friendly. They erected 4 piers with re-bar and added floor joists in spaces with barely enough space to crawl through. Professional Home inspector also offered his compliments on the excellent work performed by Heavenly.

I was under contract to close in three weeks and couldn’t get the work done for two months, my realtor told me about Hevenly and they came out and completed the job one day before closing and it went effortlessly. I will hire them again on my next job I have in the works. It was a pleasure doing the job with them. One thing to note, the site was completely cleaned and put back as if they were never there. It went perfect, i had three weeks to get it done to close on time, Other company told me 8 weeks out, My realtor told me about Heavenly. So I called them and Jason showed up the next day and started the job within three days. I couldn't believe that they would make the deadline. But sure enough it was completed and permit closed out 5 days before closing to get the underwriting done in time. Amazing I closed today without any hitch. And most of all when they were finished the site was as if they were never there. I am ready to hire them again....

Justin is THE person that I would go to with any foundation problem and I have 100% confidence that he will lead both me and my customer in the right direction. He always tries his best to keep the pricing down. I have used Justin since 2015 on at least 5 properties and have had not ONE complaint from the new owners or a reason for him to go back on site and do any follow up work. He has my full confidence.

AWFUL. DO NOT use this company. Justin and his "plumber" Ivan Petrov are scamming people. We had Ivan come to our home (he works under Justin's license), we paid him over $6,000 and we have had SO many problems. We are still thinking about suing them both. We've had so many LICENSED plumbers over at our home and they are in shock over the work Ivan did. I had a guy who does high end irrigation systems recommend this idiot to me. I called him back and let him have it. Ivan will TOTALLY RIP YOU OFF. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Contact me privately and I can share the horror stories. Unbelievable. They should be totally ashamed. OH and when I told Justin about these issues, he did NOT offer to EVEN come look at what Ivan had done. That's what a great owner he is. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Initial experience was good-very prompt to inspect and provide quote. I was told work would take approximately 5 days, but it ended up taking just 2. That should have been a sign right there. After work was complete, and paid in full, I had an independent contractor inspect their work and inform me that nothing was done correctly, or per the Structural Engineer's signed and sealed drawings. All piers had to be removed, and I had to hire a Structural Engineer of my own to supervise them doing the work a second time. They acknowledged they did not do it correctly, and fortunately did not mind consulting with my Engineer to get it done right. This was a terrible experience, and I could not believe that they were recommended on Angie's List.

Poorly. Project took more than four months, with repeated absences of more than a week. Workmen on site made no special effort to protect our property. Poor communication at all levels. Mediocre workmanship. We had to hire people to repair some of their workmanship.

"Mr [Member Name Removed] was great to work with. His project was challenging. The Engineer Barry Smith designed a great repair for the back of the house. The previous owner left a rotted 30 foot beam over back sliding door. The project took longer than anticipated and had multiple changes. I would work with Mr [Member Name Removed] again. He kept the project on schedule and it was completed in just 7 months. He provided all the sub-contractors for the project and each one was outstanding. We still use some of these people for projects that come up now. Justin was very willing to assist us in any way he could to keep the project going smoothly and when any issues came up he responded immediately to resolve them. We would highly recommend Justin and his company for any type of project from remodeling to new construction. We were very lucky to have had Justin working for us.

It did not go well. In both bathrooms he got the hot and cold reversed and I had to pay someone else to fix it. He also dropped the old water heater on my washer. He installed the water heater where my dryer was and said it was the only place it could go. A general contractor I knew said that was not true and that he could have easily installed it somewhere else. I had to buy a stackable system because of where he installed it and that system cost $2,000. The company would only give me $400 for the washer damage and fees for fixing the hot and cold faucets. I incured a $200 charge for electrical work and $100 to repair the wall that was also damaged. I will not use this company again.

Justin Jones, who is the owner of the company, is wonderful to work with. He's always responsive, answers all questions, explains exactly what it is he'll need to do prior to beginning the job. His crew was professional, fast and neat. They finished the job in just over a week. I recommend them highly, and plan to use them again.

I've needed to amend this report as you will see a glowing report from me about this company earlier this year. It was my review that got them listed as a foundation company. How I regret that!
We lost the first sales contract as a result of the damage underneath the house caused by moisture/lack of ventilation. That's when we contacted Justin and Heavenly Foundations. The crew showed up and within 4 days, we were told the issues were resolved. We were told in writing that the work was complete. We received another offer/sales contract on the house and discovered after that inspection that the problems were not even close to resolved! Another lost contract. We contacted Justin who made all the right comments, promised to get the foreman Ed, and crew back to house to see what they missed. The crew came back several times and it wasn't until a local home inspector took the foreman by the hand-literally- and went underneath the house with him, did they begin to understand what was required. You'd think that would've be enough. Not even close. Instead of trying to really fix it, they did whatever they could to hide the issues and did not pull out / or repair their previous work. Meanwhile, the crew resented having been called back to the house so many times, they began to tell neighbors / passers-by the house must be "cursed" because it was so much work. The foreman continued to tell Justin things were resolved but since Justin couldn't fit underneath the house, he could only take Ed's word for it. We hired a home inspector of our own to oversee progress, and Justin kept asking the home inspector how to get these repairs done! We trusted that Justin was the expert, not the case. We went on to lose two more sales contracts due to the inspection regarding the crawl space issues. We fired Heavenly Foundations. We kept hanging in there because Justin continued to reassure us he was going to make it right. He never did. The worst part is we don't believe he knows how to get it right. They should not be attempting to do foundation work.
We found another contractor who had to pull out all the shoddy work Heavenly actually did do.
It cost us months of time and thousands of dollars. Not to mention the heartache and breach of trust we placed in this company.

"I had to take a while to process this. The Blakes' are super nice people. I was hired to replace some wood under the house. Nothing structural and install a fan to help the mold. That all went smooth until a home inspector called out more items under the house and raised concern about the pool being built up too high..Come to find out the Blakes' beautiful home in South Tampa had way more issues than anyone thought, [Member Name Removed] mentioned the "Cursed House" No joke. FIRST ISSUE: The house had white rot..A form of wood destroying organism that will cause houses to be bulldozed. I had personally never come across this stuff before and its nasty. All the framing under house had this stuff. I told the Blakes I would hang with them and help out anyway possible because I didnt know what this stuff was. I ended up reframing 80% of the floor system under house at NO CHARGE to learn. SECOND ISSUE: The pool was built up higher than crawlspace and would drain into crawlspace during really heavy rains. This helped keep the mold smell under house. THIRD ISSUE: The Blakes moved out and the pressure was on to get all this taken care of. I admitted I had no clue what this stuff was. I payed for the inspector to come back and help teach and show us what needed to be done. I hung in there with the Blakes until they fired me. I learned a lot and had to move on..This project cut deep when they tried to sue me for holding up the sale of their house. I wish them the best and have nothing bad to say. Lesson learned"

I contacted Justin for a repair estimate for foundation leveling. He was very responsive and indicated that he could come Friday possibly or early the next week for sure. He told me Friday that they'd be out Monday. Checked in Monday and he said his guy was on his way. Followed up Tuesday and was told Wednesday for sure, so on and so forth. It's just a bummer. I called him because of the great reviews and he was polite and cordial but just never showed up. I let him know by Wednesday I was really in a time crunch because I had to submit some final numbers for the rehab financing. I was late and it put me in a bind. I really wanted to work with his company because it seemed they had experience with what I was looking for and had great reviews.

The owner, Justin, was prompt with follow-through and did a good job of explaining scope of proposed work, based on prior structural and general inspections and then inspection by his crew. The work was completed in 4 days. The crew chief, who had identified scope of needed work for the estimate, was informative when I asked questions but he surprisingly spent most of his time lounging on the porch or sleeping in his truck while his crew of 4-5 were working hard to prepare concrete and perform the work in the crawlspace. The crew left garbage (half-full food containers, dirty Tyvek suits) in my recycling bin though I asked the crew chief several times to ask them not to do that. They also left a large wooden pallet which I've asked repeatedly to have removed. I have not yet received photos of the job, though they've already been reviewed and approved by the city inspector.

My wife was very concerned about the crack and I texted Justin those concerns and he responded promptly to alleviate her fears. I sent him a number of detailed pictures and he was able to access that there wasn't anything to worry about and that cracks are normal.

Being Realtors, we are always searching for high quality people to help us with issues that arise with our home selling and buying. Trying to find a Structural Engineer that is willing to drop everything and evaluate a problem found in the initial home inspection, is a daunting task. We found Justin on Angie's List and he is everything that previous reviews stated. He was more than willing to work within our time frame, was on time this morning for the appointment, was professional and proficient in analyzing and recommending what needed to be done. We highly recommend him for any contractor/structural issues you may want fixed or built. We are grateful to have found him and plan on using him many times in the future. We had some structural issues. I had a couple of structural companies come out, but did not want the job as it was too small or they could not figure what should be done. People who install tile or hardwood floors would not dare pull up the plywood floor to see what was going on as they are not engineers. All they could suggested was to place some type of leveling compound to help level out the floor, but I had this done before and did not completely level the floors. The floor needed a structure engineer such as Justin that was willing to do a small job. It was a small job, but took several days. After speaking with Justin, he sent his best guy Ed over and was there the next day. Some days he had a crew of 4 or 5 people. The job did keep growing, but it needed be done. I felt Justin knew what he was doing when he told Ed how to level one part of the kitchen. The previously day I had typed on U-Tube” how to level floors”, a guy in Scotland demonstrated how to level 100 year old houses and those guys are experts as there are plenty 100 year old houses in Scotland. Justin instructed Ed to level the same way as the Scotland guy on U-Tube. After that, I felt very comfortable with Justin. Actually, this procedure reinforced the joists of our house. I needed someone who knew what they are doing when it comes to modifying the construction of house joists. Thank goodness I found Justin on Angie’s list that someone else had mention his company’s name. I googled Heavenly Foundations and called and left a message, Justin call me back that day and made an appointment to come out to look at the job the very next day. To my surprise I felt confident in Justin when he came out as so many times people did not want to touch anything structural or did not want the job. I also liked Justin calm demeanor and southern accent. I was very happy with the job Ed and the guys did. I would definitely use Justin again.

First Justin inspected the interior and exterior problem area. Identified the leak cause and the solution. Provided an accurate cost estimate and work date. The project was over two days later. My investment in Angie's List paid off quickly to say the least.
