"After providing explicit instructions to both the company owner and the crew and receiving a written overview of the work to be completed, the crew removed the wrong plants destroying 50-year-old plants with sentimental value. On numerous occasions, my brother and I told the crew to leave these plants in place. They could not offer an explanation as to why they were removed. After being informed that they had removed the wrong plants, the crew cut the line to the cable tv. The owner did come to the house to review the damage and waived 1/2 the fee, but could do nothing to repair the damage. Another contractor will need to be hired to complete removal of stumps before invasive plants regrow."

"Saul came to give me an estimate and after discussing what I wanted done, he provided me with some suggestions to make my front yard look great. He provided me with an estimate for the work and when he would get the job done. The estimate was not the cheapest of the three estimates I received but it was clearly the most detailed and I knew when he would arrive with his crew and what work would be performed. They arrived on time and went straight to work. The work was done professionally, and I could not be more satisfied. Excellent.
