He was persistent in finding the leak and once found he did what was necessary to stop leak. Some drywall had to be removed and had to cut and go under slab to find leak. Marcio did such a good job that I hired him to paint the house exterior. He pressure cleaned the entire house, repairs holes, and caulked where needed.
