Jeff came out the next day to help me determine the most cost effective and easiest shutters to use for my home. It took exactly 19 days for the Accordion shutters to be installed. They are the Bertha shutters and provide protection against Category 5 hurricane winds and are approved by both Dade County and the Florida Building Code."

"Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets.  I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. Once the correct brackets were in hand the installers came and were quick and efficient with the installl.
