"We are very pleased with the work that Sunstate did at our home. The patio and fire pit look amazing. I chose Sunstate for the job because they were the most timely of the three companies that I requested a quote from. They were the first to return my phone call, first to come out to see our property and most timely with getting back to us with an estimate. From the time I put in a request in to Home Advisor to the completed project - less than a month!! We were a smaller job but they were able to work us into their schedule. This meant that I needed to be a bit flexible and the work happened over the course of three consecutive days - one in which was a Saturday. Kudos for having a crew willing to finish a job on a weekend. Because they are a full landscape service they were able to also attend to a another task cutting down five trees while working in the patio. "THEY BUILT A STONE PATIO FOR ME. THEY CAME ON TIME AND WORKED CONSTANTLY TO FINISH ON TIME. THE PATIO IS BEAUTIFUL. THEY CLEANED UP WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETE. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THAT THEY LEFT THEIR LEFTOVER STONE AND PATIO SAND IN MY DRIVEWAY FOR SEVERAL DAYS BEFORE PICKING IT UP. THE DIRT FROM THAT RUINED THE LOOK OF MY RECENTLY PRESSURE WASHED DRIVEWAY."

"We contacted Houseman for an estimate to renew the enclosure of our patio. Salesman was punctual and professional, explained everything very well. A few days later we contacted them to make arrangements to have the job done. They agreed to start the job the following Monday. We received a call Monday morning that they had 2 people our sick and they would not be able to start till Tuesday morning. The workers showed up Tuesday morning and were done with the job by Wednesday late morning. We are very pleased with the work, they did a good job and we would use them again and recommend them with out hesitation. No one has control over the well bing of anyone, so I'm not holding it against them that they could not start the job till Tuesday, things like that happen in life."

"Work was done when they promised. Repairs on paver pathway was excellent. Also, they pressured cleaned and sealed entire patio and pathway. My job was small and most paver companies wouldn t do .Now I m thrilled I have a company I can call for small or large paver concerns. I only wish I had used them for my original paver installation"

"Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets.  I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. Once the correct brackets were in hand the installers came and were quick and efficient with the installl.
