Quality of workmanship was excellent. Our technician was professional, thourough and ensured we were happy with the outcome. The customer service from the Company was excellent prior to securing the job. On the day of the job our service was to begin at 9am. At 9:15am we received a text saying they were delayed. At 9:30am I replied requesting an update on arrival time. We recieved no additional communication until the technician arrived at 10:30am. Job was delayed starting by 1.5 hours. Very disappointing given communication was so good prior to day of service, however extremely lacking actual day of service. We would have happily provided a 5 Star rating, based on the actual service provided, however the Company fell short of meeting Customer Expectations by lack of Communication about arriving very late to agreed to start time of service.
