Sean and DPS stayed with me through each step of a 4 month fight with the HOA. Sean actually had contacts on the board which eventually reversed their decision against our patio. "I highly recommend Central Florida Exterior Solutions for your drainage needs. They installed an underground drainage system around the exterior of my house using 6" PVC pipes, connected my downspouts to it, installed drainage grates throughout my backyard, and then installed a discharge outlet in my front yard. After the drainage pipes were installed, they brought in several trailers of dirt and regraded my rear yard to prevent water flowing towards my house. They also installed a retention wall at the rear exit of my house. I was more than happy with the entire team, and I developed a great relationship with the owners Dalton and Zach. "I would say overall the experience was good he had really good feedback on how to design the patio effectively and to ensure that there wasn't any issues for the long haul had a really good experience walking through what my expectations were. The only thing would be for feedback is if there unforeen changes from either a request from the client or the project to present them sooner. The additional charge for site preparation came off in poor fourm to present after the project was completed rather then addressing it as it came up. But the final product was very good"
